O-Strong Fitness was launched to help athletes in various sports to improve there skill set, speed and strength and reach their full potential. At O-Strong Fitness our ultimate goal is to help all people maximize their performance results by providing the most effective training program possible to improve their sport and lifestyle.
With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our clients and athletes. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

O-Strong Fitness LLC was started by Anthony & Lisa Overton. Anthony was a three sport athlete and later became a football and track coach at his alma mater, Glenville High School in Cleveland, Ohio. Overton coached at Glenville from 1999 to 2013 and at Brush High School from 2013 to 2015. During his tenure as a high school coach and mentor, he helped develop and train athletes that went on to play college football and participate in track and field. Overton coached 9 track athletes to Division I colleges including, Kyle Jefferson, Big Ten Champion and Quincy Downing, SEC Champion and Olympic Qualifier.
Overton trained and also assisted in sending over 70 football players to Division I colleges, one who was featured as USA Today Player of the Year and US Army MVP, Ted Ginn Jr. (former 14 year NFL WR veteran); a National Championship Quarterback, Cardale Jones and a Heisman Trophy Winner, Troy Smith, both attended The Ohio State University; 2 NFL Pro Bowlers, Donte Whitner (former all pro NFL defensive back) and Marshon Lattimore, 2017 Defensive ROY (New Orleans Saints) and 2 Super Bowl Champions, Curtis Young (former DL w/ Green Bay Packers), Frank Clark (current DE w/ Kansas City Chiefs) and Justin Hardee (current DB w/ New York Jets).
After Overton stepped away from coaching and a 26-year career as a real estate appraiser, he and his family, wife Lisa and son Tito (former WR at University of Buffalo and current WR coach at the University of Dayton) decided to open their own personal training company in Clearwater, Florida in the Tampa Bay area to serve and support the community. They are dedicated to helping their clients achieve, succeed and build a dynamic lifestyle.
Tito was a versatile 2 sport athlete in track & field and football at Glenville and Brush High School in Cleveland, Ohio. He was named All-Northeast Lake District as a Junior and Senior. He was named All Ohio as a senior. Tito was rated a 3-star athlete, according to 24/7 Sports and top 50 athlete in the country. Tito was the first player in Brush High School history to score a touchdown 6 different ways in a season; passing, receiving, rushing, interception return, punt return and kick return.
Tito continued his career on a full scholarship for football at the University at Buffalo, where the speedy receiver appeared in 22 games, contributed at WR but primarily started on special teams as a kick returner. He was a three year letter winner and earned his degree in Communications.
Shortly after graduating in 2020, Tito was hired as the WR coach at Franklin College.
Currently, Tito joined the Dayton Flyer Football Staff as a coach for the Wide Receivers.
Tito is also the COO and ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer for O-Strong Fitness - Dayton, Ohio Division.
Connor was a high school 3 sport varsity athlete in football, wrestling and track & field. In wrestling, he was a PA District Qualifier. In football, Connor was First Team Offensive and Defensive Lineman 2018 & 2019. He was awarded Lancaster-Lebanon Section 3 Defensive Lineman of the Year 2019. And Outstanding Lineman of the Year 2019.
Connor attended Wilkes University where he played Tight End.
Currently, Connor is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer for O-Strong Fitness.
Amanda was a 3 sport collegiate athlete at Utica College. She played ice hockey, lacrosse and golf. Amanda has won a girls Ice Hockey New York State Championship both as a player and then as a coach.
She also has experience in field hockey and softball. In high school, Amanda was First Team All-State Field Hockey Goalie.
Amanda has a dual Masters Degree in Physical Education and Health and Wellness.
Her Passion is to coach and work with kids, in order to help them reach their full potential both as an athlete and as a person.
